Having retired from a full time Principalship earlier this year, I am very current in my thinking, knowledge, experience and application. I look forward to assisting colleagues in the fulfillment of their roles. Therefore, I would be pleased to discuss any project you may be considering for 2008.

As the end of the academic year approaches it is vital for School Principals to receive independent and honest feedback from the families who are leaving them. Such feedback will help to identify trends and to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the school.

I would ask you to contact me as soon as possible if you wish to avail yourself of such data through Margaret Hadley and Associates conducting a confidential exit survey of parents and/or students.

Such information is more freely given to an independent consultant than to the school. It may be particularly valuable in determining the strategies necessary to successfully reduce the premature departure of students in future years.

The data would be presented as a confidential, formal written report to the Principal.
