I do hope the 2008 school year has commenced well at your school. I wish you a successful and smooth year even if at times it proves to be challenging.
I write to offer my company's services to support you during this academic year.
I will be in the UK in Term Three on vacation and also involved in consultancy projects with two UK schools.
So Terms Two and Four are the terms when I may be available to assist you. I am currently scheduling my programme up to the end of 2008.

I have designed a Middle Management Appraisal system which takes the pressure off the school to find the time to implement this process effectively. The system has a clear, non-threatening process, precise documentation and follow through. Ownership of the Appraisal System remains with School Management whilst the process is managed by Margaret Hadley & Associates.
I am able to work across all Australian States on short term or extended project work.
